Our commitments

Meotec is a team of close-knit, passionate and exciting collaborators who are swarming with projects.

It is because we want to be recognized as a responsible corporate citizen, that we are joining forces and acting daily with respect for sustainable development.

Our CSR approach is inspired and nourished by our fundamental values:

Transparency: Meotec undertakes to communicate all published or non-confidential information relating to its organisation, its capital structure and its links with other activities, in particular if it belongs to a Group.

Senior Plan

Meotec favours the criterion of professional skills without taking into account the age of the candidate at the time of recruitment. Since 1 May 2011, we have implemented an action plan to promote the employment of senior employees. Priority to employees over 45 years of age for access to professionalization actions, skills assessments, leave to validate acquired experience, individual right to training. We are thus implementing a policy that promotes the employability of employees over 45 years of age. End-of-career arrangements and transition from work to retirement: -This provision is designed to meet the needs of employees over the age of 58 who apply for a reduction in working time as they approach retirement. -It facilitates the transition between working life and retirement and helps to reconcile professional activity and personal aspirations.

We are committed to demonstrating our ability to progress and innovate in an ever-changing environment and to maintaining our methods to the highest standards.
