Introduction

It is because we want to be recognized as a responsible corporate citizen, that we are joining forces and acting daily with respect for sustainable development.

Our CSR approach is inspired and nourished by our fundamental values:

Priority to employees over 45 years of age for access to professionalization actions, skills assessments, leave to validate acquired experience, individual right to training. End-of-career arrangements and transition from work to retirement: -This provision is designed to meet the needs of employees over the age of 58 who apply for a reduction in working time as they approach retirement. -It facilitates the transition between working life and retirement and helps to reconcile professional activity and personal aspirations.
